I always look forward to the changing of the seasons. The weather changes and New Bern seems to take on a new persona. There is so much happening in our beautiful city. Pick up a local publication and you can see the season is abound with cultural activities....It's my favorite time of year.
With that said, the housing market has been good, is good, and is projected to be even better. The average price range for homes in our market is climbing. From waterfront to streetfront, real estate remains a good invesment in our area. New housing projects are expanding and existing home sales are strong.
